Privacy — Visionary Édition

In short

This site sets no cookies and uses no trackers, no audience measurement and no advertising services.
It stores nothing in your browser (no cookies, no local storage).
Fonts and all resources are served by the site itself: no request is sent to a third-party service while you browse.
The request and contact forms do not send anything themselves: they prepare your message in the browser, and you send it from your email app. No attachments are requested.
Your contact details are used to reply to your request. They are not used for marketing.

Processing

Project or contact request (forms, direct email)	The site neither sends nor stores anything: the prepared message opens in your email app, addressed to the publisher, and you decide whether to send it. It is received in the publisher’s mailbox, hosted by its email provider (Hostinger). Purpose: replying to your request and, if it goes ahead, preparing a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data: what you write (name, email, organisation, role, account, answers, timeline, budget) and your selections (type of request, situation). Recipient: the publisher only. Retention: Requests with no follow-up are kept for a maximum of 12 months from the last exchange, then deleted, unless an applicable legal retention obligation requires otherwise. Requests followed by a contract are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then in line with applicable legal retention obligations (notably accounting).
Host’s technical logs	IP address, date, requested page and browser, processed by the host (Google, Firebase App Hosting service) for the security and delivery of the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest. The publisher does not enable the export of these logs; their retention period is set by the host, whose delivery network may process this data outside the European Union, under Google’s contractual safeguards.
Audience measurement	None. If a tool were ever added, it would be chosen and configured to be exempt from consent under the criteria of the CNIL (the French data protection authority), and documented here before activation.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability regarding your data, as well as the right to set instructions on what happens to it after your death.
